Portable Single Thread Bag Closing Machine

With the Union Special 3000 series portable single thread hand held Bag Closing Machine, bags made of paper, polyethylene foil and light weight jute are sewn efficiently.

Light weight, well balanced machine perfectly fits the operator’s hand and permits effortless operation.

The plastic housing with handle is stable and the motor speed remains nearly constant during sewing.

When using heavy bag material or HDPE foil bags we recommend to use our machine style 2200.

It is equipped with combined upper and lower feed which grips both sides of the bag.

An additionally available Top Lock Spring Balancer, UNION SPECIAL No. 90191M1 keeps machine

always at hand and protects against damages.

There is also a Neck Strap, UNION SPECIAL No. 2199 available.
